I mixed this with tropical fruit and champagne and I not like it all . It still smelled like popcorn so I put it away, well today I found the sample I made and I smelled it again and I have to say I love it. The sea salt gives the fragrance a very beach like sent! I am going to order more in the sos conc to make a new beach perfume....

I ADORE this scent as a mixer. I used it in Ultra concentration for a body oil blend, and MY GOODNESS, it really has the bite of sea salt. I really didn't think it possible to execute that so perfectly. If you're having doubts because it's sweetish out of bottle and odd on its own, try adding it to a clean floral and feel it bloom. Really amazing. One of my all-time favorites....

I agree, this smells just like buttery sweet popcorn. Not sure yet how I will incorporate into my perfumes without smelling like popcorn. I was hoping for something more like salty ocean smell.

Rec'd in SOS concentration. OOB it smells like salted popcorn. Would definitely make a great addition to another scent to give it a little something different.

Got this today as a sample again the bottle was not marked so I do not know the concentration. This one smell smells like the beach air and caramel popcorn to me I like , it also is kind of nutty and sort of reminds my of the dirt oil a little. I will see how it does as a mixer...

By itself, this is a really odd fragrance, borders on unpleasant. It's strongly aquatic, but also oddly nutty-sweet. Very hard to describe. I can't imagine using this by itself for anything, but it makes a really good blending note to use with florals and fruity scents. Its effect depends on the scent. Some florals and citruses are mellowed by this, some are kicked into way high gear (I enjoyed this with Jasmine, for example). Very worthwhile, glad I got it, though I will note that it smells nothing like the sea or salt (more like some kind of milky, soapy scent)....

This makes plain old jasmin like non other. MIX WITH A FLORAL OR SWEET AND WORK IT. By itself its just ok, but try it with anything that have almost. My company when they enter all say how really nice it smells in here. I must have this in a larger size. I look forward to trying it with something else. For right now, I just can not get past this dual..........

semi aquatic, not too sweet. Does not put me in the mind of sea salt but in a pool or whirlpool area this maybe nice.
