This is, to my nose, a very accurate duplication of the Old Spice classic. I had purchased a dupe from another supplier in the past with dissapointing results, so I cautiously only purchased a 4oz bottle of the Standard concentration from SOS. I wish I had gone ahead and ordered myself the full pound and saved some money, because I will definitely be back for more! I made a deodorant with this oil, it smells exactly like the one you would get at the store. Two days ago I made a cold process salt soap, 90% coconut oil, 50% salt, 10% sf, with a 5% batter weight concentration of fragrance oil. Right now the scent is a little faint, but it may bounce back after the cure. If not, I will try either 6% or bump up to the next higher concentration when I re-purchase. I experienced some slight acceleration, but that recipe moves fast anyway, so it may not have been the fragrance. No ricing, no immediate discoloration, and still none two days later. Well I think this is as close as it gets to the Original Old Spice scent. I made some after shave with it and it smells really good. I got the extreme. Highly recommend this scent !

1 oz sos oils. Makes great incenses. Smells just like my dad in the morning after shaving. Cannot go wrong with this scent. Best seller by far...... triple A +++++ all the way.

Have used this fragrance in cold process olive oil-based soap. It's a big hit. Men agree it smells like the original. Many people have commented that it reminds them of their Dad. Works great in the soap - no effect on trace, but it does have a slight effect on the coloration - tending to impart a slight tannish tint....

purchased the ultra. It is the closest match I have found for the Shulton's version which my Grandfather and Father wore and I wear every day! I'm glad I found this because the vintage bottles are getting harder to find and much more expensive for the same reason. I use the SOS for shave soap and MP as well as a cologne oil and no one can tell the difference! The Soap on a Rope and shave soap are my best sellers...

The Old Spice Classic is a dead ringer to the original Old Spice from way back. I make a lot of soap on a rope in this fragrance and get a lot of compliments of how this reminds people of when they were growing up and there Dads wore this fragrance. No need to color this soap as it turns it a lite yellow. Great job SOS...
